Located in Middlesex County, Beekman will be built in phases, and when completed will provide a total of 336 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, November 14th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applications are being processed on a "first-come, first served" basis as long as the waiting list is open. Rental rates listed are approximate and subject to state and federal guidelines. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, November 29th, 2023, after which this waiting list will be closed.


Veterans Preference: A preference will be given to qualified veterans for up to five of the affordable apartments. Qualified veterans must be income qualified AND be eligible under N.J.A.C. 54:4-8.10 AND be able to provide form DD214 to verify qualified service as set forth therein.

This property consists of 22 age restricted units (55yrs of age and older), and 28 non-restricted units. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, October 31st, 2023, after which this waiting list will be closed. Preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Region 2 (Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties), pursuant to state regulations and local ordinance.
