Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, November 14th, 2023. Subsequent to the deadline, applications are being processed on a "first-come, first served" basis as long as the waiting list is open. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Hunterdon, Middlesex or Somerset Counties. Please see Terms and Conditions for important information.

Modera Montville

Montville Township, Morris County, NJ

Located in Montville Township, Morris County, NJ, Modera Montville will feature forty seven two- and three- very low, low, and moderate income apartments available to income-qualified applicants. Rental rates listed are approximate and subject to state and federal guidelines. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, November 29th, 2023, after which this waiting list will be closed.

Veterans Preference: A preference will be given to qualified veterans for up to five of the affordable apartments. Qualified veterans must be income qualified AND be eligible under N.J.A.C. 54:4-8.10 AND be able to provide form DD214 to verify qualified service as set forth therein.

Morris Plains, Morris County

The American is located in the Borough of Morris Plains, Morris County, New Jersey. This property features fifty 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom, very low, low, and moderate income apartments to income-qualified households. This property consists of 22 age restricted units (55yrs of age and older), and 28 non-restricted units. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, October 31st, 2023, after which this waiting list will be closed. Preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Region 2 (Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties), pursuant to state regulations and local ordinance.
