-------As you read this I am hopefully safely in the middle of my Camino, praying and walking/hiking/reflecting over 100 kilometers to the Church of St. James /Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. The basilica has historically been a place of pilgrimage on the Way of St James since the Early Middle Ages and marks the traditional end of the pilgrimage route. I will be carrying the needs and intentions of parishioners with me on my Camino/retreat. Your prayers for a safe and spiritually renewing experience are appreciated. See you next Sunday!

-------I am happy to share with you the following appointment from Cardinal Cupich:

-------God bless you in “Eucharistic lives” of gratitude, generosity and compassion,
