If you prefer to manage your account from your desktop, E-PASS online account management makes it quick and easy to update your account information, including license plate and payment information.
The E-PASS Walk-In Customer Service Center, located in downtown Orlando, is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
