School days are here again - and that means more traffic on the roads. Drivers are encouraged to leave extra time for their trips – especially if you need to pass through a construction work zone - to get to school or work. During the school year, it’s more important than ever to pay attention to work zone safety signs and devices, and to be alert for construction trucks and equipment entering and leaving travel lanes.

Online/In-Person Account Management 

If you prefer to manage your account from your desktop, E-PASS online account management makes it quick and easy to update your account information, including license plate and payment information.

The E-PASS Walk-In Customer Service Center, located in downtown Orlando, is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

Need to reload on the go?

Quickly add money to your existing E-PASS account using cash or credit/debit card at one of CFX’s drive-up customer service Reload Lanes. The Reload Lanes are open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m., learn more here.

Partner Update

To help put a stop to distracted driving on Florida’s roads, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) conducted a month-long, safety campaign that targets this dangerous driving behavior. 

One of the campaign’s key messages: Every time you’re behind the wheel, put your phone on do not disturb and ensure our roadways stay safe by keeping your attention where it belongs – on the road.
