2024 Annual Reunion Registration Form

We Have Telephone Service

Building 33421, Camp Margarita, Camp Pendleton, California

Camp Margarita Wildlife

FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Marine Family,

An update to tell you that we finally have telephone service restored in our HQ office. We were pushing the issue, but with the entire Division relocating, limited tech staff, and the winter weather, it was a long process.

Our HQ phone numbers:

(760)763-3267 June Cormier

(760)763-3268 Dennis Coady, and general information

(760)763-3269 SgtMaj Marty Vasquez

(760)763-3270 fax

If you tried calling in over the past months, we apologize. Please try again. All the voice lines have answering service in case we miss your call.

Thank you to all the staff at Base facilities and Base Telephone for making it possible. Special recognition to Cpl Christopher Tanabe who saw it through.

Registration Forms for our Annual Reunion this August 18-25 in San Antonio, Texas, are coming in. The Registration Form can be downloaded below.

Please contact HQ if you need a form mailed to you.

Our base will be the San Antonio Riverwalk Holiday Inn, 18th to 25th August, in San Antonio Texas.

Tuesday and Wednesday see no formal arrangements, but at your own pace, there is strolling the Riverwalk, river boat tours, and on/off bus city tours.

The Alamo is six blocks away. Even nearer is the Briscoe Western Art Museum.

A municipal golf course is nearby.

On Thursday we bus trip to Fredericksburg, to visit the Museum of the Pacific War.

Friday morning our Memorial Service starts at 0900. That evening 0800-0900 we have a concert with the Compañas de América Mariachi Band.

Saturday night will see our traditional Farewell Banquet.

This year's banquet will be dedicated to honoring our Korean War veterans. We would love for as many as possible of you New-Old Breed Marines to be there.

The Division is working on the arrangements for guest speaker, color guard, and band.

We are running a 50/50 raffle, to be drawn at the Reunion banquet on August 24.

Tickets one for $10, 3 for $20. Winning ticket gets 1/2 of the total sales.

The tickets application has been added to Reunion Registration Form, downloadable below. Send your completed form and check, and staff will write up the tickets for you.

Division will be rededicating its colors at a ceremony on 17 May, at 0800 at the new CP, aboard Camp Margarita, Camp Pendleton. Please contact HQ to RSVP.

We have made it through another winter. Hope you all are enjoying spring. Please try to make plans to attend our 77th Annual Reunion this summer.

God bless the United States Marine Corps.
