Important Info to Know
***The Annual Color Walk is one of the school’s biggest and vibrant fundraisers - and it is the only one driven by the students. Students walk three 1K laps around school grounds while passing through Color Stations where parent volunteers toss, sprinkle, and throw colored powder on them.
***Preschoolers participate in the Color Walk and do need to register. Their event is modified to be age appropriate and takes place in the morning. Then they come out later to watch the rest of the school to be part of the FUN.
***Registration is $32.00 per student. You will receive the color packets, etc. The deadline to register with a t-shirt and sunglasses has passed. It is recommended your student wear a white or light colored shirt that you are okay with being changed by the color plus sunglasses for fun and eye protection.
The deadline to register is May 13th.
*** K-8 - Color Walk is in the afternoon. Parents and Grand Friends are welcome to join the fun!
*** Please consider fundraising by reaching out to family and friends, setting up a lemonade stand, holding a car wash, etc.
Our school goal is $45,000 which can only be achieved if everyone helps! Hitting our goal allow us to meet our budgeted obligation for the event and donate additional funds to the Teacher Salary Initiative.
*** As an extra incentive for every $125 a student raises, they will receive a raffle ticket for the Grand Prize. The winner will be drawn at the assembly ahead of the Color Walk kickoff.
*** AND the Grade that fundraises the most per student on average will receive extra recess time with freeze pops and a trophy that they can keep in their classroom until the 2025 Color Walk - Bragging Rights!
