Holiday Calendar - Important Dates to Remember
As the holidays approach, MRCI would like to remind you of several deadlines.
Timesheets:
Monday, November 22nd is the deadline for payroll instead of Tuesday, November 23rd. ALL timesheets must be submitted by the end of the day on November 22nd in order to be paid on December 3rd. 

Monday, December 20th is the deadline for payroll instead of Tuesday, December 21st. ALL timesheets must be submitted by the end of the day on December 20th in order to be paid on December 30th. 

Accounts Payable and Invoices:
All claim reimbursement must be submitted to MRCI by the end of the day on Monday, November 22rd in order to be paid on the 24th. 

All claim reimbursement and vendor invoices must be submitted to MRCI by the end of the day on Monday, December 20th in order to be paid on the 23rd or by the end of Monday, December 27th to be paid on December 30th.

MRCI-CDS Photo Contest!
Thank you to everyone who participated in our photo contest.

We were overwhelmed at the number of beautiful photos submitted. We have drawn our gift card winners and they have been contacted about their prizes. We had so many great submissions that we added a 4th drawing for a gift card winner.

Thank you again for sharing these wonderful moments with us. We will definitely want to do this again!

New Resources for CFSS Employers and Workers
The staff members at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) are pleased to announce a new webpage and informational video have been created to educate workers and employers in Personal Care Assistance (PCA)-Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). 

MRCI-CDS will also continue to provide information, education, and resources as PCA Choice and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs prepare to transition to CFSS in 2022. If you'd like to learn more, we have created a blog post explaining the change.

How to get your vaccine:

The connector is open to the public, and you can sign up by going to https://mn.gov/vaccineconnector/. You can also visit the Vaccine Connector FAQ to get answers to common questions.
2021 Training Schedule
Each year MRCI is required to assign training to all workers under the 245D programs of Individualized Home Supports (IHS) formerly known as Personal Supports, Respite, and now Homemaker. Below is the calendar of when the training will be assigned. 

Training is assigned in the beginning of the month and is due by the last day of the month. If your worker does not complete the training they will be temporarily suspended and not able to clock in or out through the app, or be paid for the time worked until complete.
