MICHELLE A. MENDEZ LIFETIME SERVICE AWARD
NOMINATIONS DUE MAY 12, 2023

Inspired by her dedication to service,
the Michelle A. Mendez Lifetime Service Award
was created in an effort to recognize a current 8th grade parent who shares her
passion for serving others. In order to ensure every consideration is made,
nominations from the community will be carefully considered. The following
criteria will assist in determining the candidate’s eligibility for the award.

The nominee must:
  • Be a parent or guardian of a current 8th grade student
  • Volunteer his or her time, talent, and treasure by serving any organization within the school, church, or greater community
  • Lead by example, representing the virtues of St. Monica herself

Monday, May 15th
Brookhaven Country Club - Masters Course
Three options are available for this event:
  1. Individual Player- $200 Includes: Mizzen & Main Golf shirt, 2 or more drinks on the course, and Dinner (Sirloin BBQ sliders and sides) 
  2. Pin Flag Sponsor- $500 for individual Pin Flag with logo/wording of your choice. Also includes dinner and drinks. (Golf and shirt not included)
  3. Foursome & Sponsorship- $2000 includes Pin flag with logo/wording of your choice, Logo on Banner at carpool, Foursome package that includes Golf, Mizzen & Main Golf shirt, 2 drinks each on the course, and dinner.

Interest forms to serve as a 2023-2024 SMS PTO Grade Level Representative are now available. Submissions are due on Friday, May 5th. Selections from those interested candidates will be made by the General Membership meeting on May 9th.

Join us on Wednesday, May 10th for Pajama Night.
The Book Fair will be open from 4:30-7:30PM. The PTO has generously sponsored two performances by Mr. David who will tell stories and sing songs at 5:30 and again at 6:30.  Each performance will be 30 minutes long. Students may wear appropriate PJs that night to the Book Fair.
