Adjusted Mark Your Calendar Dates

The Mark Your Calendar 2024 dates for IMRF employers have been adjusted to align with the new Employer Access system. Please update your calendars with these adjusted dates. View the new Mark Your Calendar pdf by clicking here.

Reminder: Wage reports in the new Employer Access system are due on the 20th of each month.

Answers to employers' frequently asked questions can be found on the Employer Access FAQ webpage. We continuously update this page, so please check back periodically for new questions and answers.

Answers to IMRF members' frequently asked questions about the new Member Access system can be found in the Member FAQ on the IMRF website.

All IMRF members will need to register for an account in the new Member Access system, even if they had an account in the previous system. If members have an email address on file with IMRF, they will be able to self-register for their new Member Access account by clicking the Member Login button in the upper right corner of the IMRF homepage and then clicking the self-registration link at the bottom of the box that appears. (shown below)

Short how-to videos and written instructions for using the new Member Access system are available in the new Member Access Learning Center. Please encourage your employees to use these helpful tools.

New May Dates Now Available for Online Employer Open Forums

Employer Open Forums will continue to be offered every Tuesday and Thursday throughout May.

You can drop in virtually to ask any questions you have about your new Employer Access account. The forums are open for 90 minutes, but you can come and go as you please.
