Sunday brunch is a very popular option, which makes this day one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants. Our local restaurants have some great specials for Mother's Day, so why not take advantage of one of these offers to celebrate the special mom in your life? | |

2024 PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
Saturday, June 8, 2024
9am-12pm at Hodges Park
Hosted by the
City of Park Ridge Community
Health Commission
in partnership with the Park Ridge Park District
Your business or nonprofit organization is invited to participate in the 2024 Park Ridge Community Health Fair!
This is an opportunity for local businesses and organizations that promote health, dental care, fitness, wellness, disease education and prevention, and environmental health, to educate the Park Ridge community about their services and the many local resources available.
The Community Health Fair will be conveniently held outdoors in Hodges Park, in front of City Hall, in Uptown Park Ridge. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be canceled.
For businesses who would like to participate, the entry fee is a $50 value raffle item or gift card for the health fair opportunity drawing. Nonprofits who provide certification of nonprofit status will have the entry fee waived, but are welcome to provide a raffle item.
If you would like an 8-foot table and two chairs, you can order those from the Park Ridge Park District for an additional $75 fee, during the registration process. Please note: you can also bring your own table and chairs,
and/or a tent.
Businesses and nonprofits are invited to display and share information, and/or offer screenings or other health-related activities. A variety of exhibitors are desired and space is limited. Preference will be given based on the date applications are received.
Notification of health fair acceptance will be emailed by April 30, 2024, with information on how to confirm registration, order tables and chairs, and provide raffle items.
If interested in participating, please complete this application form, by May 3, 2024: https://forms.gle/1azmRCV5hhkGGCzw9.
We look forward to your participation!
Best regards,
The Park Ridge Community Health Commission
