Have you purchased the All Things Chamber Program yet? If not… what are you waiting for? It’s a great learn at your own pace training option for you and your team. Learn more here. Here’s what Julie Messina from the Greater Durham Chamber in NC said: “As a Director of Member Engagement for 5 months now, the All Things Membership module really stood out for me, particularly the content around retention. I also got a lot of great ideas around tracking membership and stats. One message that I am so glad to hear you bring up frequently in the training is the need to support, educate, and involve our members. I agree that if we want to keep them on as active and engaged members, then we have to meet them where they are and support them!” You can purchase the program here and remember…CACCE keeps $100 of each purchase! It’s my give back program. If you have any questions, reach out to me at teri@starfishpartnerships.com.
