I think a lot. I am quite positive you do too, considering humans have about 70,000 thoughts per day! What does that have to do with right now? At this moment, chances are, I am thinking about how to help improve the state of health for the collective while also helping individuals focus on changing negative thought patterns and beliefs to transform their lives.
In this wellness letter, you will find a powerful combination of targeted and reinforcing wellness resources for mind and body. Sleep is the foundation of our health, and it helps us to function better in all that we do. Be sure to join in for September’s webinar on sleep and listen to my recent podcasts on sleep, stress, and exercise. Pair all of that with eating some fabulous foods in the recipes we’ve developed specifically tied to our wellness pillars as well, including sleep.
We offered weekly live yoga sessions this summer, and even if you’ve never done yoga in your life, I encourage you to try it from the recordings included. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and beyond what limits you’ve set for yourself (as we all do). It’s my goal to keep inspiring and empowering our Members to feel, function, and live better daily!
