Cornell Cooperative Extension's Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) has rebranded across New York State as Building Healthy Habits!
This nutrition program continues to offer the same benefits as before, just with a new name. Limited-resource families with children who are eligible for various benefit programs like WIC, SNAP, or free or reduced school lunch can learn about nutrition, cooking skills, shopping on a budget, and other money- and food-saving tips through this program.
Classes are offered in group or one-on-one settings, including home visits. Youth grades 3-12 are eligible for nutrition classes in addition to adults.
