The 3rd Annual Online Auction was a huge success! It took so many hands and hearts to make this Auction go as well as it did. Thank you to our Sponsors, Donors, Staff, and Volunteers! We hope that you all were able to get in on the fun and get a great deal or two! If you missed it don’t worry- there’s always next year!

From the Staff:

April flew right by for us here at the library! It’s been great to walk out of the building at 7 in the evening and it still be light.

We are hard at work getting the Summer Reading Program ready. The theme this year is “All Together Now”. Our interpretation of that is kindness, compassion, and love. Adults will have a new reading challenge and some great programs. The kids are going to be doing some fun new things as well.

We had a survey a few months back about the kinds of programs that would interest our patrons. This month we will be offering one of the most requested programs titled The Wonders of Maine Wildlife. Keep an eye out for more programming that you asked for on the survey this summer.

Our wonderful volunteer gardener, Nancy L., has been getting the grounds in shape for the summer months. She and her husband donated the beautiful bench out front. Thanks to Genest Concrete for delivering it!
