Honoring Fair Housing Month in April

Every April, REALTORS® commemorate the passage of the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and recommit to advancing equitable opportunities and expanding homeownership. NAR’s Fair Housing Toolkit is now available for state and local associations to help you engage with members and bring awareness to fair housing issues.

The toolkit includes:

  • Posters
  • Social media graphics
  • Banner ads
  • And more

Resources also include a list of budget-friendly fair housing activities, like issuing a

Proclamation, hosting a book club, or partnering with a local organization with a fair housing mission.

Discrimination in the real estate industry is real and ongoing. It’s time for REALTORS® to be part of the solution. Let’s make unfair housing history.

That's Who We R 2023 Ad Campaign

is Now Live!

We’re thrilled to announce the national launch of That’s Who We R 2023, featuring new TV and radio commercials that demonstrate to consumers the value, partnership, and professionalism of a REALTOR®.

In 2023, the ad campaign focuses on the long-term relationship and trusted partnership between you and your clients, both residential and commercial. Stories demonstrating how agents who are REALTORS® are here for it all — here for first timers and empty nesters, here for immediate needs and 5-year plans, here for the love of what you do.

That’s Who We R, NAR’s national advertising campaign, helps consumers understand that REALTORS® are real estate experts in their local communities that abide by a Code of Ethics. This year, the That’s Who We R campaign works as hard you do to show the many ways REALTORS® are here to make the dream of property ownership a reality for your clients.

“REALTORS® Are Here For It” demonstrates how REALTORS® bring value, partnership, and professionalism to every aspect of the property ownership journey, and often beyond that. A fully integrated media mix of TV, radio, streaming video, digital audio, social, and search delivers this work to our target audiences nationally.
