The NHFC Board is excited to announce the long-awaited South Africa Concert Tour for 2024, under the music direction of Dan Perkins!

Continuing our partnership with Rick and Wanda of Plymouth travel, the tour will begin in Johannesburg and end in Cape Town. There are a variety of opportunities for performances in several places, including a collaborative concert in George at the Uniting Reformed Church.

The Main Tour will include traveling along the Garden Route, and a two-day visit to Pilanesberg National Park game reserve. Click HERE for detailed Main Tour Itinerary

Double Occupancy Land Tour Cost: $3238 (based on a minimum enrollment of 60 participants.)

The estimated group airfare from Boston is an additional $1,600/person. Participants are free to arrange their own flights, if desired. (In-Africa travel is included in the land cost.)

Tour includes:

• 11 nights accommodations in Superior Class hotels or better plus 2 nights at the Bakubung Lodge in Planesberg National Park.
• 4 formal performances plus extra impromptu singing and service opportunities.
• Daily buffet breakfast, 2 lunches, 8 dinners including welcome dinner and farewell banquet.
• Sightseeing tour of Soweto with local guides.
• Entrance fees to Apartheid Museum, Ostrich Farm, Featherbed Nature Reserve, Table Mt. cable car, Robben Island, Cape Point Nature Reserve & Penguin Colony.
• 2 Open-vehicle game drives in Pilanesberg National Park.
• Domestic flight from Johannesburg to George.

Optional Extension trip to Victoria Falls and a Safari in Botswana- July 16-21, 2024

It's never too early to update your passport

This is a reminder that your passport must be valid for six months beyond the July 2024 date of the South Africa Tour.

Remember: Flights will add a day to the beginning and end of the tour--July 4-17 includes the departure and return to Boston.
