Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Meeting Held 5.21.24

At the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the Board received updates from the Board Chair, operational updates from Sea Pines CSA management, a financial report, and Task Force reports. Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors Election Applications Available

Three Class "A” Residential Director Board seats and Two Class "B” Commercial Director Board seats will become available on January 1, 2025.

Memorial Day Office Hours & Commercial Access Restriction

Memorial Day Office Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center:

Friday, May 24: Closing at 2:00 PM
Monday, May 27: Closed

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on Memorial Day. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

Marsh Island Vehicular Bridge Rehabilitation Project

Repairing and replacing the decking and railings on the Marsh Island vehicular bridge on Pine Island Drive is scheduled to begin in early June. Maintenance Projects & Services

Tree Care Management: Leisure trail tree trimming along Greenwood Drive from Plantation Drive to Sea Pines Forest Preserve Crossing near Carolina Place is in progress (pictured) and will continue through next week.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs along Planters Woods Court and Sandhill Crane Road are in progress.

Sea Pines CSA Annual Rental Registration Fee Invoiced on May 15th

The 2024 Annual Rental Registration Fee was invoiced on May 15, 2024, to Sea Pines Residential Property Owners who have their property registered with our Rental Registration Program, or their property is advertised on the internet as being available for rental purposes. Invoices were sent to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA and mailed to those property owners who do not have a primary email address on file. Full payment of this fee is due by Monday, July 1, 2024. For more information on the Rental Registration Program please click here.

Sea Pines Trolley Service Begins Friday, May 24th

Access to Tower Beach is limited to Sea Pines Property Owners and their accompanied guests.

Beach Shuttle Service

Those permitted access to this service include Property owners, their family members and personal guests; Weekly rental guests; Long term renters and their personal guests.

Sea Pines Beach Club Parking FAQ

The Sea Pines Resort implements parking restrictions at The Sea Pines Beach Club from March 23-September 2.

Town of Hilton Head Island Beach Regulations

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office and Town code enforcement officers patrol the beach and enforce all beach regulations.

South Island PSD Potable Drinking Water Pipeline Upgrade Project Update: The new water line install is currently in progress in lot #2. Please use caution while using the leisure trail in this area, as detours will be in place. In the upcoming weeks, SIPSD will begin boring along Greenwood Drive towards the Sea Pines Circle.
