Dear Prince Families:

We are excited to have students back on campus twelve days from now at one of our Wolverine Welcomes. In case you missed them, here are some helpful back to school hints for parents you may want to consider. If you are a new Prince family, please come to our new family picnic this Thursday and make a few new friends before we start the school year.

Last week’s gently used uniform sale was superbly planned and well attended; my thanks to Mrs. Jessica Oliver and our Parent Teacher Fellowship volunteers who made that event run so smoothly. Finally, renovations to the cafeteria and library are still underway as we work diligently to prepare the campus for our students’ arrival (the completion timeline is going to be tight)! What an exciting time in the life of our school!

Little Prince Players Fall Registration Now Open

• Little Prince Players is the lower school drama club that is offered on Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm for 4th and 5th-grade students.

• During the fall, students are introduced to the fundamentals of drama while preparing for the drama portion of the lower school musical.

• Rehearsals will begin on August 17th. Participants should register at the link below.

• The cost per student is $150 which will be billed on the student's FACTS account at $50 per month.

The Prince Athletics Department is in the process of

updating documents for participation in athletics

for school year 2023-2024.

There are three forms required by the state of Georgia for participation in middle and high school athletics. Prince collects and stores these documents through PRIVIT, an electronic system used to manage athletic documents.

• A yearly GHSA Physical Form – This form should be printed by you and completed and signed by a healthcare professional. A copy of the completed physical must be uploaded by you to your PRIVIT account.

• Concussion Awareness Form – must be signed in PRIVIT each year after April 1st

• Cardiac Arrest Awareness Form – must be signed in PRIVIT each year after April 1st

Please take a moment to go into your PRIVIT account and ensure that all forms are uploaded, signed, and in good order for the upcoming school year.
