- Projects must benefit a California-based, accredited, non-profit adult education or vocational school
- Programs should focus on working with and enrolling students from priority populations
- All work must be completed March 31, 2026

The El Dorado Air District has a $599 “Drive Clean” incentive for El Dorado County residents who buy an EV (pre-approval is required) and they are developing a $300 “CHARGE” incentive for home EVSE.

The House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on H.R. 1435, a bill that would block the EPA from issuing waivers to states that are banning ICE vehicles.

Vehicle owners, operators, fleet managers, technicians, maintenance staff, and emission testers are recommended to participate.
- Clarify the regulation details for public fleets
- Clean Truck Check registration and fee collection is projected to begin in October

Fuel Cell Energy Launches Power & Hydrogen at Toyota in Long Beach
|
|
Fuel Cell Energy (FCE) has begun operating their “Trigen” plant at the Toyota site at the Port of Long Beach. The FCE plant will generate 1,500kg/day of hydrogen, 1,400 gallons per day of water and 2.3MW of electricity, using renewable natural gas with a negative carbon Index.
