Encircle Films has big and exciting news as we enter Season 11!
The Oregon Cultural Trust We are now officially a 501(c)(3) Qualified non-profit member. This means that when you donate to Encircle Films you can then donate to The Oregon Cultural Trust and receive an Oregon State tax credit up to allowable amounts. Click HERE! to get details at our website.
Art House (formally The Bijou) will be our home (again). We began our journey bringing documentaries to Eugene 10 years ago at The Bijou, then moved to The Metro theater 5 years ago, and now we’re coming back to the Bijou's new incarnation as Art House. We appreciate your loyalty in moving with us and we’re excited about the better viewing angles for all theater seats, improved sound system for panel discussions, and a lobby and courtyard that facilitates conversations before and after the films that Art House provides. And we’re thrilled to continue to support general manager Edward Schiessl as he

Season 11 Films Encircle Films Board of Directors recently met to plan our film screenings for Season 11. After previewing many films over the past months (and lots of discussion), we’ve selected films to show through December and tentatively selected films to take us through June 2024, the end of Season 11. We’ll be posting the Fall line-up on our website soon. As always, we’re committed to bringing important documentaries to the Eugene community that uphold our mission to "inform and inspire action". We’re very excited about the films we've selected for you.
September Film and Special Event Mark your calendars! Thursday, September 21st, 6:30PM, for the uplifting film “Gratitude Revealed”. To celebrate our move to the Art House, and to honor our loyal audience members, along with retiring board members, we'll host a reception with snacks and refreshments after the screening.
We look forward to seeing everyone in September!
