Setting a Game Plan for AEI 2024

The Amusement Expo Board of Directors recently gathered in Chicago, along with WT Glasgow Event Management and JMS Marketing, Inc. to review results from the 2023 event and to discuss strategic direction for AEI 2024 and beyond.

Having done an analysis of exhibitors and the buying audience in attendance, AEI show management provided the board with the following statistics which further support the high-quality of traffic seen at the event:

Our 2023 Event had

a 37% increase in

attendees over 2022

50% of surveyed attendees expect to spend over $50k in the next 12 months

93% of surveyed exhibitors report new concrete sales leads at the 2023 show

Post show surveys indicate a high quality of buyers attended, resulting in verified sales and strong lead generation throughout the event.

Officials representing the Amusement Expo International recently celebrated its receipt of an American Digital Design Award from Graphic Design USA. The national award recognizes AEI’s 2023 successful digital marketing campaign and its use of interactive design to increase cross platform engagement and traffic for its 2023 event.

Buyers Beware! Avoid scams!

Various telemarketing firms with names like Conventions Housing Bureau, CHB Reservations, TPI Convention Housing, Global Housing Services Corporation, Travelera, and National Travel Associates have been contacting Amusement Expo International attendees to solicit hotel reservations for the Expo. These companies are NOT affiliated with Amusement Expo International or its sponsoring associations. There is great risk in booking hotel rooms outside of the Amusement Expo International secured block.

Companies with names like B2Bdatalist have also claimed to have databases of Amusement Expo attendee and exhibitor contacts for sale. These companies also have no affiliation with Amusement Expo International and should not be contacted.
