Mariano's and Chicago Chefs Cook have collaborated on a cookbook to help raise money for a local organization, gather local chefs together, and showcase the wide range of talent that exists in our diverse chef community. All proceeds from the cookbook will benefit Chi-Care, a local nonprofit organization that works to end hunger in the city of Chicago.
Chef Sarah is a founding member of Chicago Chefs Cook which is a non-profit organization unifying Chicago’s chef community to provide humanitarian relief to those in need.
