New Bank Partner

To improve service to homeowners, CCMC has identified the need for a more efficient and technologically advanced banking partner. After researching multiple options, we have decided to switch our operating bank accounts from Pacific Western Bank (PWB) to Alliance Association Bank (AAB). AAB provides services to over 35,000 community associations and over 1,000 management companies. 


Why Alliance Association Bank? AAB offers a full range of banking products and services designed specifically for the needs of the community association industry, including:   

  • Multiple owner payment options, including e-check, credit card, and debit card payment options
  • Increased FDIC coverage for depositors through CDARS and ICS programs. 
  • Industry-leading online banking technology


We are confident that this change will result in faster and more efficient processing of the Association's assessment payments.

What do residents needs to do? You may need to take additional steps, depending on how you normally pay your assessments. Take a look at the list below for additional information/instructions, listed by payment type. And remember, you do not need to take ALL of these steps. You only need to take the steps listed for your payment type.

The bank transition will not affect your HOA account number. Your HOA account number will stay the same.

If you have direct debit or automatic withdrawal directly through CCMC


Residents enrolled in ACH directly with CCMC will receive an authorization email from Alliance Association Bank (noreply@allianceassociationbank.com) upon transition. We anticipate this will occur in the next one to two weeks. This email will request one-time authorization through a secure email to continue to have your payments automatically withdrawn. If you provide this authorization, you won't need to do anything else after this step. CCMC will take care of the rest.


Homeowners who do not respond to the authorization email will be deactivated from automatic withdrawal and will need to use one of the other payment methods to pay their assessments (mail, electronic payment, or set up recurring payment through Alliance Association Bank).

Send your payment to the new address, shown below. Remember to include the detachable portion of your statement with your payment. If you are paying for multiple properties, please send each payment separately to ensure timely and accurate posting to the accounts.

If you recently mailed a payment, don't worry! All payments sent to Pacific Western Bank through August 15th will automatically be redirected to Alliance Association Bank! After August 15, 2023, any payments received at Pacific Western Bank will be returned to sender.

If you have automatic payment through Pacific Western Bank


  • Step 1: Log on to the Pac West Portal and stop ACH/recurring payments, https://www.hoabankservices.com/OnlinePayments/Payment.aspx Not sure how? Click here to review the Pacific Western Bank guide to setting up, editing, and deleting recurring payments. Need more help with this step? Contact Pacific Western Bank at 888.705.0600. If you forget or fail to cancel your ACH with PWB, it will automatically be cancelled for you on 08/15/23.


  • Step 2: Once your recurring payment through PWB is cancelled, you will either need to set up NEW automatic payment through CCMC/AAB or send in your payments by mail. To set up automatic payment through AAB click the following link. You will need the following: Management Company ID for CCMC is 6675. Association ID for Sweetgrass is 505. Be sure to make this update in plenty of time for the Q4 assessment (due October 1st).

Delete your existing payment profile, and then create a new payment profile using the following:

The back of your next statement will include more information on the bank transition and the following online payment options. You can sign up for, or use any of these payment options, by visiting the CCMC payment website at https://ccmcnet.com/payment-options/

  • Recurring Electronic Check Payments – You may have your assessments automatically deducted from your checking account. This service is FREE.
  • One-Time Electronic Check Payments – Pay your assessment online one time only. This service is $2.95 per transaction.
  • One-Time Payment with Credit/Debit Cards – You may make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card. Credit Card service fee- 3.5%, Debit Card flat fee $5.00 charged by the bank.
