HS & MS Sunday 9 am Class

MS & HS youth gather in the youth lounge for breakfast and fellowship each Sunday at 9am. Our class time usually centers on a discussion of the scripture verses being preached on during that morning’s 10:15 worship service. Occasionally we will help prepare for church wide activities like the pancake breakfast or souper bowl of caring, during the 9am hour. The atmosphere is always relaxed & youth are welcome to join in discussions as much or as little as they are comfortable with! No advanced prep is ever needed and newcomers are always welcome.

Inclusive Game Night

The Disabilities Ministry hosts an Inclusive Game Night the 2nd Friday of each Month. All ages and abilities are invited to join us for a FREE evening of fun, adapted games, and community. C0mmunity Dinner

For youth group on this Sunday April 13th from 4-5:30 pm, we will meet in the youth lounge and then attend the community dinner together. Afterwards, we will hangout for fellowship and games in the youth lounge. See you there!

Confirmation Dinner

On April 27th at 5:00 pm confirmands, mentors and parents will join session members for a fun evening of dinner and discussion in the Great Hall. After dinner session will meet to vote on receiving the confirmands.

Special Note to HS & MS Youth!

We would love your help from 5 to 7:30pm with serving and cleanup! Dinner will be provided.

Flower Fundraiser

The FVPC Youth will be hosting our Flower Fundraiser once again this year. Join us for a Shop N' Share event on Saturday, May 3rd at Countryside Flower Shop, Nursery and Garden Center in Elburn from 9 AM to 5 PM. Simply show a printed copy of this flyer at checkout, and 18% of your pre-tax purchase will be donated to the Ministry & Mission of Fox Valley Presbyterian Church. It’s the perfect time to pick up Mother’s Day planters, annuals, perennials, herbs, and vegetables for your garden!

Parents, please help make our HS & MS Program even more awesome!

We are looking for volunteers to provide breakfast on Sunday mornings for our middle and high schoolers. In addition we are looking for adults to lead or assist during our Sunday morning the 9 am class. Minimal prep is needed. Choose an option below to sign up or learn more.

Volunteers are a vital part of the Disabilities Ministry. We are looking for adult volunteers to assist at our Monthly Inclusive Game Nights & in our Disability Ministry Classroom on Sunday mornings during worship. Training will be provided.
