Help us with our Back to School Bless1 Focus



This August, we are collecting school supplies as part of the United Way's Stuff the Bus campaign. These supplies will be available to students in our local community as they prepare for back to school. We would like to focus our collection effort on supplies for middle & high school students especially the backpacks, which is the area of greatest need for the United Way. Corn With a Cause

Corn will be available during service the outdoor service on Sunday, August 13. Corn will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

The cost of the corn is by donation with the proceeds being split between Shared Hope for Orphans Worldwide (S.H.O.W.) and Envision Cleveland’s Vo-Tech Training Center.

Shuttle Drivers Needed

The Emerging Adults ministry continues to provide Sunday morning transportation for college students, so that they may attend services to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus, as well as those around them.

We are looking for drivers to help transport Slippery Rock students. There are options to drive your personal vehicle or the church shuttle.

Leesburg Presbyterian Church

The group will meet for 13 weeks from August 7 through October 30.

Grounds Volunteers Needed!

We need several volunteers to do weeding and trimming. If you would consider helping for a couple of hours on two occasions, please talk to Pastor Paul Goodman by calling the church office at 724-458-8497.
