Award-winning Nuala Walsh is a non-executive director, behavioural scientist, adjunct professor at Trinity College Dublin and author of TUNE IN: How to Make Smarter Decisions in a Noisy World. Recognised among the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance, her 30-year global investments career spans BlackRock, Merrill Lynch and Standard Life Aberdeen, serving as Chief Marketing Officer. At PA Consulting, she completed a one-year World Bank transformation project in Africa. As MindEquity CEO, today she advises Fortune 500 firms, human rights and sports associations on strategy, reputation, culture and behaviour change. A former Vice-Chair of UN Women (UK), appointments include Founding Director of the Global Association of Behavioural Scientists; President of Harvard Club of Ireland; Non-Executive Director at the British & Irish Lions; Chair of Innocence Project London; Advisor at World Athletics, and Council Member at The Football Association. A TEDx speaker who has published100+ articles in media such as Forbes, Inc., Psychology Today and Harvard Business Review, her insights have featured in the Financial Times, CNBC, on BBC and Fox Business. Holding two first-class masters degrees and a BA in Philosophy, Nuala is a visiting fellow at London School of Economics.
Simone Bouch

Simone has extensive financial services and leadership experience and was most recently Head of Australia and New Zealand for MSCI. In this role Simone was responsible for leading the business and growing MSCI’s revenue in the region across all product lines including index capabilities, ESG and climate solutions, analytics tools and private assets. Prior to joining MSCI, Simone held leadership roles for several global asset managers including as Head of Distribution for Aberdeen Standard Investments and prior to that established and led Standard Life Investments business in Australia. Simone worked for Standard Life Investments in Edinburgh as an Investment Director UK Institutional Business and was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley Investment Management in London. Simone started her career with AMP Capital in Sydney. Simone has a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA and a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Melbourne Business School.
