STILLWATER STRONG RELIEF

On March 14, unprecedented wildfires swept across Payne County resulting in 123 properties impacted and 98 permanently destroyed. Out of the ashes came Stillwater Strong — neighbors helping neighbors and a community stronger in its refusal to give up.

United Way of Payne County quickly mobilized to become the fiscal agent for the Stillwater Strong Relief Fund. In just over two weeks, we received donations from more than 765 individuals/businesses representing 39 states in the U.S. plus donations from Canada and Germany. These dollars will stay in Payne County to support the unmet needs of those impacted by the wildfires.

We want to thank everyone who donated money, volunteered, or showed support to Stillwater Strong Relief and the Payne County community.
