Side 1: What's New

Reports


  • The Reservation Required Documents reports include any documents required on the parent facility in addition to areas.
  • New Report created - Income Totals by User.
  • Membership Required and Missing Documents reports now have dates.


Activities & Registration


  • Public side single member rosters show all team/groups when all teams/groups is chosen as a filter.
  • Ages are now displayed as yy/mm, for example,10y 2mo, instead of in decimal form.


Accounts


  • Waitlist activity registrations are identified on the public Account Overview page.
  • Digital Membership Card Invoice Email links fixed.
  • Lock All Accounts now prevents new account creation from public.


Point of Sale


  • New report and notification for Refill Alerts on your POS products.


Memberships


  • Guest checkout on an Individual, Daily Membership allows for future registrations dates.
  • Non-Residents or Residents, respectively, are not allowed to register for an Individual membership without a NR or Res fee.
  • Date Restrictions on Length Not Respected when registering for membership as guest has been fixed.


Misc


  • The Global Disclaimer no longer shows upon the first public side login if the Account Creation Disclaimer setting is disabled.
  • Logins using password resets are reflected in the last login display.
  • Limited users prevented from scanning outside of their assigned facility.
  • New Public Side Navigation is LIVE! Check out the handy guide in the Knowledge Base showing how we recommend using the new space.

Summer is HERE, and that means it’s time to order those membership cards! Whether you need to top off your supply or start one, make sure to submit your order soon to skip those pesky rush costs.


With that, we’ve got some great news: Ordering membership cards just got a whole lot easier!


  • Better than ever. We are working with a new vendor that offers more affordable pricing and faster production time, while still maintaining the quality you expect.
  • Simplify the logistics. We handle everything, from the design to coordinating shipping. We know you’re busy! Sit back and relax – we’ve got this one.
  • Window shopping made easy. The Membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
  • Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately. 
  • Professionally designed. Skip the hassle of those annoying drag-and-drop “design builders.” Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
