Announcing ACCESS

Aligned Customer-Centered Ecosystem of Services & Supports

Building Capacity for Customer-Centered Health, Human Services, and Labor System Alignment

We are excited to announce the launch of our Aligned Customer-Centered Ecosystem of Services & Supports (ACCESS) project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at building capacity for customer-centered health, human services, and labor systems alignment.

This two-year project, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is a collaboration between the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), and is designed to create a shared framework for state health, human services, and labor agencies to develop aligned customer-centered solutions.

By linking data and systems across foundational benefits, we aim to create more user-friendly experiences for individuals and families navigating complex networks of assistance programs.

To get further background on ACCESS and learn how APHSA and NASWA will leverage their extensive membership and collaborative networks to inform this project, check out the project overview.

Additionally, this press release briefly highlights the key aspects of ACCESS. We encourage you to share the news!
