Congratulations Seattle Building Owners!
Seattle celebrates the 2,995 buildings that have reported 2017 energy performance data to the City of Seattle by the April 1st reporting deadline.

Warning letters have been issued to owners of the 278 non-compliant buildings missing reports. Building owners have until July 1 to submit complete reports to avoid penalties. If you receive a warning letter, use our Annual Update Checklist to confirm your data is accurate and compliant. Need help? Call 206-727-8484.
