 “Working for with Jesus

2 Timothy 2:15-19 & Ephesians 2:10

Guest Preacher, Jay West

God’s Word says we are co-workers with Jesus. Consequently, whatever Jesus is working on, we can and get to work with Him on those same things. God’s Word also says Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So, the things He did when He was on the earth, He is still doing today. One of those things is physical healing.

Jay West has been a friend of Pastor Keith for years. His message will challenge us to continue working with Jesus, ministering to those in need, bringing healing opportunities, and sharing the Gospel with others. Is a family member, a friend, or you personally struggling physically, emotionally, or spiritually? Then join us at the healing service on Sunday night, April 6 at 6:00pm, which will focus on the presence of Jesus. Invite a friend who needs a touch from God. Then come with anticipation and expectation. This is a great day to get well!

Easter Plants Orders Due TODAY, April 6

Order forms available on wall outside of church office or online under MORE.

College and Military Care Packages

It’s that time again to show love and support to our young adults who are away at college or serving in the military. This week, we’ll be sending out special care packages to remind them they’re not forgotten—especially during this Easter season of hope and renewal. Want to get involved? Today after worship, join us in the Gathering Room to write personalized notes of encouragement. Your words can be a powerful reminder to our students that they are deeply loved—not only by our church family, but even more so by God. If you’d like to help cover the cost of these care packages, please connect with DCEs Pete or Ruth. Your support makes a meaningful difference!

HERE Mission to Local Christian Schools

Our HERE Mission supports two local schools—FOC Child Development Center and Foundations Christian Academy—as they shape the faith and lives of their students and families. Pick up an Easter egg to find a meaningful way to encourage and support the staff!

Youth Plant Sale

Support the National Youth Gathering!

Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to brighten up your yard! Our youth are once again hosting a plant sale to raise funds for their upcoming trip to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans this summer. Sixty youth from Family of Christ will be attending this life-changing event, and your support can help make it happen. Choose from a beautiful selection of bedding plants, potted plants, and Green Valley gift cards—perfect for your own garden or as thoughtful gifts. Stop by the exhibit table in the lobby to pick up your order form. Orders are due by April 14, and plants will be ready for pick-up on May 9 - just in time for Mother’s Day.

Help our youth grow in faith while you grow something beautiful at home!

Prayers

  • Pray for God’s Word to reign in your life.
  • Pray for your family and friends to develop deeper relationships with Christ.
  • Pray that you will not grow weary in serving the Lord.
  • Pray our church services will be marked by displays of supernatural power, be it in healings and lives dramatically changed by Jesus.
