Dress Code Letter
Care Packages!
If you wish to send your camper a care package, it is encouraged that they are sent with a counselor or tribe leader for distribution at camp. Packages can also be dropped off at registration on Day 1 with your teenβs check in. The University has asked us to limit the amount of mail coming into our conference since they do not check mail during the weekends. Thank you for understanding.
Bring a Water Bottle (labeled)
The University will provide hydration stations but cups are limited. Please make sure your teen packs a refillable water bottle with their name on it.
NO CELL PHONES/ELECTRONICS!!!
As agreed to during the registration process, please keep ALL cell phones/electronics at home. If your teen is taking summer classes and needs to have their laptop, it can be turned in during registration and retrieved each day in the staff headquarters (lobby of Crocker) from the Camp Administrator. These will be stored securely.
Label Everything!!!!
Please label everything your teen is bringing. Also, please note that a garbage bag would not be a great luggage choice....when left unattended, the University might think it is garbage and will dispose quickly.
