Nevins News

May has finally arrived and with it comes the real start of the warmer weather.  Little leagues and soccer games are the norm.  It's time to get out in the fresh air and do some gardening and grilling.  Let's enjoy this season for sure....we deserve it!  Here at the library we'll be winding up our series on creativity with our own Sharon Morley talking about her experiences as a budding artist.  In addition, the children's department will be holding some fantastic programs to engage their young patrons.  Look for some great artwork here at the library during the first week of the month as we view pieces of art from all the schools in the City....boy do we have some talented kids here in Methuen!!

2015 Methuen Relay For Life is May 30th

The Nevins Memorial Library is sponsoring a Relay team this year and we are asking for your help to reach our fundraising goal.

We are raising funds to fight cancer which has touched all of our lives in the past year. Help us by ordering a dozen (or more!) freshly baked Krispy Kreme doughnuts for $7 per dozen. MMMM don't they smell delicious!!   The doughnuts will be baked and delivered to the Library on Wednesday May 20th. You can pick them up that day at the Nevins Library.
