Centering Reentry: COSA meets today at 10am on Zoom!

Bob Wojcik, a former lifer, has transformed his journey into a mission of giving back. Now dedicated to supporting returning citizens, he leverages his expertise in job development, placement, and case management to create meaningful opportunities for others. Bob collaborates with Holyoke Community College to provide Line Cook Training and with Greenfield Community College for Foundational Manufacturing Training, equipping individuals with the skills they need to rebuild their lives and thrive in the workforce. His lived experience and commitment to second chances make him a powerful advocate and mentor in the reentry community.

Join Hampshire HOPE, Northampton Recovery Center, DART, and Northampton Department of Health & Human Services for a FREE regional screening of Recovery City, a documentary that follows four women’s journeys of recovery set in Worcester, MA. The film will be followed by a panel Q&A featuring the filmmaker and three of the film participants. This is a FREE event open to all community members across Western MA on Thursday, March 27. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their spot using the Eventbrite page. Resource tables highlighting harm reduction, recovery, and treatment services will be available before and after the film for attendees to learn about and access resources. Please join us.

Survey on youth/senior programs and isolation


Do you offer youth, senior, and/or intergenerational programming in the Greater Springfield area? The Public Health Institute of Western Massachusetts is running a survey to learn more about options and solutions for the social isolation and loneliness that affects so many youth and seniors in our community.

Mass DEP Reduce, Reuse, Repair micro grants


The Reduce, Reuse, Repair Micro-Grant provides grant awards from $3,000 (minimum) to $10,000 (maximum) to eligible businesses, non-profits, and schools/colleges for short-term waste reduction projects. To qualify, projects must focus on reducing waste in Massachusetts by extending the life of products through donation, sharing, rescue, reuse and/or repair.
