Manufacturing Update

We have an announcement here at Aqua Membranes. Since the beginning, it has always been the goal to bring Printed Spacer Technology® to the market. Over the past few years, we have been ramping up our production and we are excited to announce that our production capabilities have increased 3x due to recent investment increases. We can produce both 4040 and 8040 finished elements at significantly faster speeds than ever before. This gives us the ability to reach customer demand in a way that could not have been possible previously. If you have been considering switching to Printed Spacers now is the time.

2023 BlueTech Forum CEO reflection

I recently attended the BlueTech Forum – Water Technology Innovation Conference in Edinburgh Scotland. I was prepared for rain every day as instructed, however much like our current global water issues, the water was never where we expected it. It did not rain a drop during the entire event. Below are three takeaways from this great conference.

We are seeing more and more cooperation between large multinational companies on water reduction and reuse technology adoption, who are actually competitors in the market.

The historical performance limitations on many technologies continue to be thrown out the window as innovation accelerates in water and waste treatment.

Many of the large technology providers continue to run at or near their production capacity. Our industry is very healthy at this time.

About Aqua Membranes

With its unique Printed Spacer Technology, Aqua Membranes is revolutionizing membrane water filtration in home RO systems, desalination, food and beverage, and industrial processes.  Applying a unique customized raised pattern to flat sheet membranes, the new technology replaces conventional mesh feed spacers in spiral-wound elements. This simple innovation dramatically lowers user operating expenses and capital costs and increases water throughput capacity.
