Prayer isn’t confined to specific times or places— it’s an open line to God available 24/7. It’s how we connect with our Heavenly Father and experience His presence in every season of life. This series will reveal how persistent prayer strengthens our relationship with God, how praying with faith moves mountains and how aligning our prayers with His will ensures we experience His best for our lives. In our first week, we’ll explore how bold prayer isn’t about demanding what we want but trusting that God is big enough to handle our deepest needs. We’ll learn how to pray audaciously, expecting God to show up and do more than we could imagine.

Chris Morgan, High School Coordinator, will be preaching in the Auditorium for the Contemporary Worship services; Bill Bouknight, Retired GMC Guest Pastor, will be preaching in the Sanctuary for the Traditional Worship services.

For those worshiping remotely, you're invited to watch our services online, on Facebook and YouTube.

Online Communion

Our next date for Holy Communion is April 6. If you are unable to be present physically but want to participate, we will mail the elements to you for this date. To register, visit mthorebchurch.org/communion.

Membership Class

Whether you are seeking information about the church or ready to join, you are invited to attend our Membership Class on April 6 from 3 PM to 5 PM in Room 820. Those who wish to join the church will have that opportunity at the end of the class, and those not ready yet can return to a future class for additional information and/or join. You can register at mthorebchurch.org/membership or through our Mt. Horeb app.

Baptism Class

Our Baptism Class for all ages will be held on April 6 at 5 PM in Room 820. As Global Methodists, we believe that baptism is an outward sign of an inward work that God is doing in our lives and because God’s work is perfect, we believe in only being baptized once. If you or your child is someone who has never been baptized or if you’d like to learn more about baptism, please plan to attend. Once you attend, you can choose from one of our scheduled in-service baptism dates. Register at mthorebchurch.org/baptism.

Easter at Mt. Horeb

Make plans to join us for Easter week here at Mt. Horeb. Our Maundy Thursday service will be on April 17 at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary and we will have our Easter services on April 20. Please note the time differences of these services. We hope that this will help accommodate our growing services for this Sunday. We know this will be a wonderful celebration of our risen Lord that you won’t want to miss! For more information visit mthorebchurch.org/easter.

Missionary Meet and Greet

We are excited to have Chris and Marie Stevanus, missionaries supported by Mt. Horeb, here with us from Thailand on Sunday, April 6.
