Let Your Voice be Heard!
Dear TBE Member:
As part of our efforts to involve congregants in our search for a new senior rabbi, Temple Beth El is conducting several focus groups in which members can express their thoughts and opinions. We believe this is a valuable part of the search process and will help the Rabbinic Search Committee better explain to prospective candidates what’s important to our members and evaluate candidates against these needs. We want to hear from as many of you as possible. Your voice is important to the future of TBE.
Most focus group sessions will be held in person at the synagogue, with a few held virtually on Zoom. Each session will contain no more than 8 participants and last approximately 90 minutes.

If you can’t find a session that fits your schedule, sign up for the July 1st session to indicate your desire to be in a group. This will allow us to understand the number of additional sessions we need to schedule in July with facilitators and notetakers to support them.
