More information on Colorado Proposition HH, Property Tax Changes
and Revenue Change Measure (2023)
At the July 10th meeting we had a presentation by Anna Gerstle from the Legislative Council Staff (LCS) on Colorado Proposition HH, Property Tax Changes and Revenue Change Measure (2023). The Legislative Council Staff has served as the nonpartisan research arm of the Colorado General Assembly since 1953. The staff serve under the Director of Research and provide support to legislative committees, respond to requests for research and constituent services, prepare fiscal notes, provide revenue projections, and perform other centralized legislative support services such as Information Technology, Visitor Services, and more.
We were very pleased to see Colorado Senator Joann Ginal attend and provide some additional comments about the legislation.
