Neo Mooki

Head of Insurance and Private Asset Solutions, Generali Asset & Wealth Management


Neo Mooki is Head of Investment Solutions at Generali A&WM, based in Milan, Italy. Prior to Generali, Neo was the Investment Director at abrdn, leading Investment Solutions, with a client portfolio exceeding £200bn AUM, and was instrumental in the build of abrdn’s private assets business. Neo currently serves as the Chair of the Botswana Stock Exchange. Neo has actuarial training, an Executive MBA from Oxford University, and a BSc Hons in Actuarial Science from the University of Wales. Her areas of expertise are in capital allocation, private assets and liability-aware investing, and sustainability. Renowned for her innovative contributions to the investment industry, Neo has led groundbreaking initiatives in private markets that earned her prestigious awards, including Investment Week’s Investment Woman of the Year (Large Firms) award in 2022 and the Young Investment Professional of the Year in 2019. Neo is also a thought leader, with publications in Insurance Asset Risk, and is a speaker at global conferences including Forbes, Super Return and IPEM. She actively contributes to the community through advisory roles in impact investing startups. Neo is not only a recognized leader but also a passionate mentor, particularly in empowering women, including through her work with the King of the United Kingdom through Prince’s Trust.


Olivia Shipton

Partner, Boston Consulting Group


Olivia is a Partner in BCG London office and a core member of Financial Services practice, with deep expertise in Asset & Wealth Management. Since joining BCG in 2015, Olivia has focused on large Transformational programmes, distribution and revenue growth strategies for large international players. Throughout her ~10 years working experience in BCG, Olivia has led & supported several projects throughout the entire Asset & Wealth Management value chains, namely: supported BCG annual Global Asset Management report (now at its 22nd edition), defined growth strategy for global bank-owned asset managers, redesigned the target operating model for private banks & AMs across Europe, defined a sustainable growth strategy for Private Equity AM and defined cost efficiency programs across the CIB1 of global financial groups. Masters Degree in Neuroscience from Oxford University Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience from Oxford University Natural Sciences MA from Cambridge University


Cinzia Tagliabue

Head of International Partner Networks Division and Chairman, Amundi SGR


Cinzia Tagliabue is Head of International Partner Networks Division and Chairman of Amundi SGR. Cinzia Tagliabue has been appointed as Board of Directors Chairman of Amundi SGR SpA in January 9th, 2023, where she has been CEO since 2018. Previously she was CEO of Italy and Head of Western Europe & Latin America at Pioneer Investments, merged in Amundi at the end of 2017. Cinzia has been working in the investments industry since 1980. She has over 30 years of experience in financial services for UniCredit with various positions in investments and distribution sectors. She has been a member of the Capital Italia SICAV Board and the Aviva Board. Cinzia is a member of the General Management Committee and the Executive Committee of Amundi; she is also member of the Management Committee of Credit Agricole S.A. since May 2022 and Vice-President of Assogestioni since February 2021. She is member of the Board of Directors of Sabadell Asset Management and member of the Supervisory Board meeting of Amundi Czech Republic Asset Management.


Maria Paola Toschi

Managing Director and Global Market Strategist, J.P. Morgan Asset Management


Maria Paola Toschi, Managing Director, is a Global Market Strategist in the Market Insight team and is based in Milan, and is in charge of communications to domestic retail and institutional clients. Maria Paola worked from 1986 to 2008 as a sell-side equity analyst in different Italian banking institutions including Banca IMI and Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, mainly covering small and medium sized industrial companies. In 2003 she became responsible for the retail investment communications team dedicated to the Sanpaolo Retail and Private Banking network. She graduated in Economics at the Milan L. Bocconi University and has been a Member of the Italian Financial Analysts Association since 1989. She joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management Milan in November 2008.


Emanuela Mantini

Group Head of Strategy and Business Transformation, Assicurazioni Generali


Born in 1976, Emanuela Mantini graduated in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan, and has over twenty three years’ experience in strategy, project management, finance, and distribution in the insurance industry. In 2000, she starts her career in KPMG as financial auditor and then proceeds with the BNL Bank as a financial controller. Then, in 2001 she joins AXA as financial controller and subsequently in 2002 she becomes a project manager, leading the transformation program for the company. In 2009 she is appointed Head of Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Communication, leading the strategic plan process, the company’s project portfolio management, the lean management program and internal communication. In 2014 she becomes Head of Distribution Innovation, in charge of the definition and the implementation of the omni-channel strategy and the distribution networks for digital transformation. Furthermore, from 2014 to 2017 she is appointed to the Board of Directors of the Widiba Bank, a digital multi-channel bank belonging to Monte Paschi di Siena Group. In 2018, she joins the Generali as Group Head of Strategic Marketing, and then in 2019 she becomes Group Head of Strategy and Post Merger Integration. In 2021 she is appointed Group Head of Strategy and Business Transformation.
