Empowering Leaders for God's Kingdom

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up

Greetings Ministry Partner,
Praise God! On February 2, I had the opportunity to share and promote CCI ministry at conferences for local pastors and church leaders throughout the East.
There was great awareness at this conference of training 300 leaders and pioneering new churches.
There are many leaders who have years of experience serving God, but it must be admitted that in Thailand, we still lack a clear picture of developing leaders who are trained and prepared as intensively and systematically as they should be.
Praise God that when we had the opportunity to share the vision of our ministry, many saw the potential of increasing servants of God and how God can use them to plant churches and expand the Kingdom of God effectively.

February 15th, I had the opportunity to celebrate the success of our partnership. The organization is truly a blessing. They have partnered with us and have trained leaders in their organizations in more than 10 churches throughout Thailand. We are very pleased and proud to play a part in developing and strengthening the potential of these leaders to serve effectively.

February 24th, we had the opportunity to celebrate the completion ceremony for the Bible training participants at the Mekong Training Center.
This generation is considered to be the 3rd generation from the 4-5 years of training provided by this center. Thanks to the faithful teachers, Pastor Chang, who have dedicated their lives to training and making disciples for these people to go out and do missions without stopping.
Over the years, those trained here have gone on to live fruitful lives, with many of them committed to God's service, pioneering new churches as faithful servants of God.
I have also had the opportunity to be invited to share topics from The Cross Before the Crown by Dr. David Nelson, the president of CCI. This course has been a huge blessing as it has reminded us of the importance of fulfilling our calling from God. Let us strive to be good leaders and faithful servants based on the Word of God, which is an essential aspect of leadership.

February 29th: This month is filled with celebratory training and participation from many of our local churches and partner organizations. I thank God for the Akha Leadership Development Institute, where I had the opportunity to share God's Financial Principles (GFP) with 30 students.
These people are leaders of the Akha tribe who come from three countries: Thailand, Burma, and Laos. This training took us 2 days, and my team and I had the opportunity to share together.
Thank God that throughout the training period, the participants paid great attention to this matter. They mentioned that they rarely hear about it or that there is not much training and teaching about God's financial principles. While they may have heard of tithing, it seems that this training provided a more comprehensive understanding. Many people committed to changing their thinking, actions, and methods when it comes to the use of funds. They believe that by doing so, their service will be strengthened and developed, leading to hope and better outcomes.
Please join me in praying for myself, the pastors, and the students, that we will continue to be faithful in this ministry. Let us pray that the Kingdom of God will be established in this community.
Thank you to all of you who have faithfully prayed for and supported the CCI ministry in Thailand.
In His Grace,
Kittikun Meetang

"I have been a Christian for sixteen years but have never known or understood anything in the Bible. Even if I read the Bible, I didn’t grasp anything about being a Christian just by the name only. Going to church felt like just a religious duty, following others. However, after taking the CCI class, I came to understand that Christians are disciples and followers of Christ.
I have completely changed my mindset through this class. I now have a greater zeal and hunger for discipleship. I am eager to study the Bible in order to know God's Word and will, and to serve God in pioneering the church according to the Great Commission. I am grateful for the lessons provided by CCI. I have applied these teachings to build my life as a disciple of Christ. May God bless you."
Mr. Panawat Donpradit
