This Sunday's Theme:

"Students, Birds, and Hair!"

Matthew 10:24-39

In-person and Live Stream to Facebook and YouTube at 10:30 AM

Good evening church!

On Monday, some of our bell choir left for Ireland to the International Handbell Ringers Festival. They will perform at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin, next Tuesday. They are there as ringers at this festival to promote the art of handbell ringing, to cultivate a love for music and to foster communication among nations, that they might work towards a more peaceful world. Now I can get behind that mission! Please pray for our ringers that they would experience God’s amazing love and power through this musical experience!

Our Summer Day Camp Ministry is off to a great start at the Preschool. Yesterday the kids got to experience an illusionist who performed many different tricks for the children. Each week of camp will provide special opportunities for the children to grow socially, spiritually, and intellectually. If you have any questions about the camps. Please don’t hesitate to call the school at (480) 391-1264.

This Sunday, join us as we look at Jesus’ teaching on “Students, Birds and Hair!” We are often reminded of how we are to respond to God, but this scripture also gives us more insight into who God truly is and why Christ is worth following. Our Gospel this Sunday is from Matthew 10:24-39.

I hope that you are finding time to rest and abide in God’s Word this summer!
