August 1, 2023

Dear Friends,

August is PACKED with so many exciting events at All Saints and thus quite possibly the longest newsletter ever! I hope you all get a chance to attend and connect. A special note: the annual Kanuga trip will be held September 29 - October 1. I had such an amazing time last year in the "young adults cabin" celebrating in nature (and swimming in ice cold water) with all who attended. I am hoping even more of us are able to attend this year. Please reach out to me at youngadults@allsaintsatlanta.org if you're planning to attend and would like to be in a YA cabin. There are also scholarships available if needed, so please reach out to discuss those as well.

Well wishes,

Tasia Blair

Interested in supporting All Saints' Youth?

The statistic we always hear is that is takes at least 5 meaningful relationships with adults at church for youth to want to stay involved in church beyond high school. Are you ready to become one of those adults in the life of our youth?

We are looking for youth formation teachers for the 2023-2024 year! You would have the opportunity to teach our 6th graders, 7th graders, 8th graders, or high school classes! Beginning in September, you would be committing to spending Sunday mornings teaching our youth (curriculum is provided) and building meaningful relationships with them throughout the formation year. If you can't commit to every Sunday, grab a friend and teach alongside them!

If you are interested or want to learn more, please reach out to Hope Westervelt (hwestervelt@allsaintsatlanta.org) and we can chat!

Young Adult WhatsApp Group

Last but not least, did you know we have a Young Adult group chat? Please come pop in and introduce yourself. It's a lovely way to stay in the loop and plan things together. The QR code will take you there, or you can click here!
