Free Yard Waste Collection Day
Thursday, May 11, 2-8 p.m. (Residents only)
Delta Township Recycling Center 5717 Millett Highway
Township Residents can drop off yard waste free of charge.
Residents must provide either a photo I.D. and voter I.D. card, property tax notice, or a township water/sewer bill to participate in the Free Yard Waste Day program.

Kids Days
Come on out to Sharp Park and join us for a lot of fun! Kids will have a great time participating in the many fun activities including, the variety shows (see below), yard games, bounce house, double lane slide, balance bikes course, balloon twister Chris Cornell, bubble booth, temporary tattoos, trackless train, children’s make-it take-it craft, tot spot, dance performances by Delta Dance Connection, Kiki’s Gymnastics fun obstacle course, Library Outreach Van, Delta Lioness/Lions concessions, and more!
Everything (with the exception of concessions) is FREE.

This instructional tennis program is designed to teach basic fundamentals strokes, rules, etiquette, scoring, and playing points in a group environment. Ages: 5-15

Conversations With Our Inner Critic - An Intentional Creativity® Workshop
Have you ever really thought about how many of our decisions/choices are influenced by our Inner Critic? It seems to wield a lot of power, and sometimes, we feel like we are under its control. What if we could create a different relationship with the Critic? Come join us as we transform the Critic's voice to that of our Muse. No artistic experience needed. Supply fee included.

Savvy Caregiver Program
This program is for the active caregiver of a family member or friend with dementia that lives at home. It will help you gain special skills and knowledge you will need to be a successful caregiver. It will also help you understand the impact of dementia on you and the person with dementia.

Pacers Walking Club Is Back!
Walk daily year-round. Sign up by writing your name in the communal logbook located in the Food Court area, start walking, and log your laps. For the next month, you will see your name printed so you can continue to track your laps. Monthly newsletters that include leaderboards as well as information on activities and events.
Mall hours: M-Th 11 a.m.- 7 p.m., F-Sa 11 a.m.- 8 p.m., & Su 12- 6 p.m., Free, Lansing Mall

Toledo Zoo & Aquarium
The zoo houses an internationally-famous Hippoquarium®. Other exhibits that make this zoo special are Arctic Encounter, Frog Town, Cheetah Valley, and Primate Forest. The aquarium features 3,000+ aquatic animals in 178,000 gallons of water.

The Wine Bus
Chateau Aeronautique Winery is on 28 acres in the Irish Hills. Located in an 1870’s Schoolhouse, Cherry Creek Cellars take pride in crafting wine, cider, and beer in a picturesque vineyard setting. The Winery North of 12 has a tasting room that sits on 5 acres and has two large patios.
Includes: motor coach transportation, lunch at Chateau Aeronautique Winery, and wine tastings.
