Message from the Executive Director

One of the undeniable strengths of our cleantech ecosystem here in North Carolina is our exceptional talent. RTCC works to connect cleantech companies with the talent they need—including experienced mid- and senior-level talent. This is a key feature of our Cleantech Connect Career Fair taking place this Monday at the McKimmon Center at NC State University. If you are interested in exploring a career move or new challenge, please register to connect with the fantastic opportunities being filled now by top cleantech companies.

On a related note, if you or your company are interested in helping shape RTCC’s activities around talent recruitment and retention more broadly, we’d love for you to engage with our Talent Action Committee (TAC). We’re relaunching our TAC, as well as our Program and Communications Action Committee (PAC) this fall, and we’d love to have your input. Contact Emmit for TAC and Mikayla for PAC to get more information and to get involved.

Our cleantech sector gets stronger when you get involved, and we hope you’ll join us!

- Dr. Deb Wojcik
