SUMNER 2023 Community Connections Team Registration

Thank you for volunteering for the Communities Connections team.

The Community Resources Team turns the waiting area into an enjoyable and informational experience. The community resources provide the guest additional resources they may need as they wait for their medical or dental services. The Community Connections Team also provides children's activities on the day of the event.

Local community resources such as:

• Public Health Information
• Senior Resources 
• Educational Resources
• Teen and Children Resources
• Resources for Men and Women
• Free bibles (variety of languages)
• Homeless and Refugee Resources, 
• Addiction Recovery Resources etc.
