New York State Internet Access Survey

Closes 6/30

Make your voice heard! The State of New York is making unprecedented investments in broadband infrastructure. All Long Island residents are urged to participate in the planning process by completing an online survey about internet access.

Please take 10 minutes to complete the New York State Internet Access Survey. The survey is anonymous. New York State will use the results, in addition to other key community consultation tools, to develop a comprehensive Digital Equity Plan for the State. It is critical that all Long Islanders participate. Thank you.

Take the survey!

To learn more, please visit https://broadband.ny.gov/ or call the Long Island region’s ConnectAll partner, Stony Brook Medicine, at 631-444-4500.
