Hello fellow wine enthusiasts!

Happy New Year! With every new year comes new goals and resolutions. One of the most common questions we get from our community, and a topic we have focused on significantly in our classes, is how to confidently pair wine with food. You may be confident in your wine and food knowledge separately, but it can be tricky to combine the two harmoniously. So, whether it was a goal of yours or not, we want to provide you with some useful insights to make your food and wine pairing experiences in 2024 more effortless. (Do you have other wine goals for 2024? Let us know HERE)

In this edition of Wine Ed Index, we give you the top four things to consider when going to pair food with your wine: Weight, Acidity, Flavor Profiles, and Contrasting vs Complimenting. After you're done reading this, we are positive you will be ready to dive into your next food and wine pairing with ease.

Cheers,

George
