We’ll give you the tools to begin creating a succession plan for your construction company to ensure a smooth handoff when you’re ready to retire. You'll get practical information on assessing and developing your next generation of leaders, learn your options for transferring ownership, and more.
This program is offered in partnership with the International Council of Employers of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (ICE). ICE will select the workshop participants based on applications received, and slots will be limited to ensure high value for attendees.
Workshop, accommodation, and food costs will be covered; attendees should plan to self-pay travel expenses.
