Self-Care

I didn't make a gratitude jar this past January; and it is not too late. Last weekend I upcycled an empty salsa jar into a family gratitude jar. I am looking forward to once again having our family log our grateful thoughts and store them in the jar. We have a stash of colored paper that I have cut into small strips and placed next to the jar with some pens and pencils. In our house we use the jar like a bank and sometimes we make a deposit of gratitude and sometimes we make a withdrawal of gratitude.
