WDB Regional Apprenticeship Development and Readiness (RADAR) Success Story: Applied Healthcare Practices and Procedures Pre-Apprenticeship Program Graduates
Make Their Mark
By WDB Apprenticeship Project Director Sommer Edwards
"In December, five RADAR participants proudly completed the Applied Healthcare Practices and Procedures Pre-Apprenticeship program, a collaborative effort between our organization and SUNY Fulton Montgomery Community College. This milestone marks not only their educational achievement but also the beginning of promising careers in the healthcare field.
"We are thrilled to share that three of these graduates are already making strides in their related field. They have successfully secured employment with a local hospital, where they are putting their newly acquired skills into practice and contributing to the healthcare community.
"As we celebrate their success, we remain committed to supporting the two remaining graduates, working closely with them to help them find meaningful employment opportunities in their field of interest. We are excited to continue following the journey of all five students and look forward to seeing even greater achievements in the future.
"Congratulations to the graduates and thank you to our partners at SUNY FMCC for making this program a success! Together, we’re shaping the future of healthcare professionals in our community."
