Hello Junior Class Families--

We are reaching out with a plea for Junior Parent SPREE chaperones. SPREE is our all-night grad party and gives our senior class one final opportunity to make memories as a class!

Traditionally, Junior families have been asked to step up and pay it forward so you can know your Senior’s Grad party will be covered too. The success of SPREE relies on your help! When you sign up to be a chaperone, you’ll help us keep the 30+ year BHS tradition going for your own senior class.

A professional event company runs our Senior SPREE so, as a chaperone, you won’t run any activities or entertain students. We have that planned and covered!

SPREE, the class of 25's Grad Party begins immediately following the Ballard High School Graduation Ceremony on Friday, June 13, 2025.

We have multiple shifts available. Sign Up for just a couple of hours to check students in, and help them board the correct chartered buses or sign up to chaperone the whole night! At the venues you’ll primarily be responsible for ensuring students don’t exit the buildings and answer questions. Let’s pay it forward, volunteer to chaperone and ensure the tradition of partying in a safe environment for students!
